Designing a book with LyX
A while back, I wrote a post about writing with LyX (a document preparation tool). LyX has its uses, one of them being authoring certain kinds of books.
Newsforge.com has published an article on how to design a book with LyX. The authors of the article actually designed and published a book using LyX. Their approach was interesting, and it obviously worked. I probably would have used LaTeX for the job, though.
