If you use FrameMaker to author and publish documentation, then you’ve probably also used WebWorks Publisher. It’s a tool that generates help from your FrameMaker projects. One problem with WebWorks is that its default templates aren’t so great. You can modify those templates to fit your needs, but doing so can be tricky. Well, Keith Soltys wrote an excellent little tutorial on customizing WebWorks templates.

Keith has been fiddling with WebWorks templates for a while now, and as he says in the article “I found out quite a bit about WWeP that isn't covered in the documentation.” If you work with WebWorks, this is a must-read.
