Every writer has fears, and has to face and overcome them. In 2003, one of my former journalism school instructors gave the keynote speech at Wordstock (the annual day-long series of seminars and workshops for editors and writers put on by Ryerson University's School of Journalism.) The subject of the speech was facing your fears.
