Business needs better writers
That's the gist of this ABC News report. But it isn't going to be easy.
In university, I worked as a writing coach. One gig had me teaching a group of business people. The samples they gave me wouldn't pass muster in a high school English class. Their writing was full of grammatical errors, it was wordy, and it was packed with buzzwords. After six sessions, I had to quit. Every one of them doggedly refused to change their writing ways.
