RIP, ScalableAir Network
A few months back, I got involved in a new technology news service called the ScalableAir Network -- where companies could post and exchange news, press releases, forum comments, etc. It was a lot of work trying to get companies on board, but it was interesting and helped me develop some marketing skills.
To no avail, unfortunately. The plug will be pulled this week. We weren't able to get enough money behind the Network. It's sad when an effort that so many people put so much time and resources into fails. But, as the old saying goes, nothing ventured nothing gained.
I'd just like to publicly thank Robert Kennedy, the man behind the ScalableAir Network, for the opportunity to be one of his regional managing editors. It was an interesting time over the last few months and, believe it or not, helped contribute to my growth as a writer.
