Could this be the blogging client Linux users have been looking for?
A while back, I posted about how there weren’t any exceptional Linux blog editors. I still think that’s true. The ones out there are good, but nothing really special.
At least, that’s what I thought until I ran into Bilbo Blogger. After reading the description and looking at the screenshots, Bilbo Blogger seems to have everything that I want in a blogging client. The only drawback (for me) is that it runs in KDE. I guess I could install the requisite KDE support files, but I’m too lazy and a bit wary of that.
Until then, I guess I’ll just stick to using Drivel or a text editor and Markdown. At least until the final release of version 2.0 of BloGTK hits the Web …
